Noodles with Stir Fried Vegetables

Ingredients
225 grams Noodles1 Tbsp Sesame Oil2 Tbsp Rapeseed Oil / Canola Oil1 Onion Thinly Sliced2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed1 Large Carrot, Cut into Matchstick Strips2 Celery Sticks, Sliced225 grams Spring Cabbage, Shredded125 grams Bean Sprouts1 Tbsp Soy Sauce85 grams Cashew Nuts
Directions
Bring a large pan of water to boil, add the noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Transfere to a bowl, sprinkle with the seasame oil and stir briefly to coat.

Heat the radeseed (canola) oil in a wok, and ther prepared vegetablesand stir fry for 3 - 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the soy sauce, cashews, cooked noodles and combine the ingrediants together. Heat through briefly and serve immediately.
