Butter, salted, 8 tbsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)*Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 2 serving (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)Milk, 1%, 2 fl oz (remove)*Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields (remove)Baking Soda, 2 tsp (remove)*Flour, white, 1.75 cup (remove)Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
Cream butter and Sugar
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mashed bananas.
Sour milk with Lemon wait 5 min.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add milk to bananas.
Alternate banana mixture and flour to sugar mix.
Don't over mix.
Makes 1 large loaf.
