Chicken and Cauliflower

Ingredients
1) 2 whole chicken breasts, skin & bones removed2) 1 whold head of cauliflower, broken into flowerettes3) 1 teaspoon Salt4) 2 teaspoons Black pepper5) 1 Tablespoon canola oil
Directions
Cut chicken into 1 inch chunks. Place in skillet with oil. Sprinkle with salt and 1 t. black pepper. Saute till chicken turns white,

Lay cauliflower all over the top of the chicken and sprinkle with salt and remaining teaspoon black pepper. Steam till cauliflower is crisp-tender.

Don't skimp on the black pepper. This is key to this recipe.

You may have to add a little water but usually enough water comes out of the chicken to complete the cooking.
