Radicchio Endive and Grape Salad

Ingredients
Endive, 1 head sliced Olive Oil, 3 tbsp *Lemon Juice, 0.5 cup Blue Cheese, 1 oz Grapes, 2 cup, seedless Radicchio, 3 cup, shredded
Directions
1. Chop endive and radicchio
2. Slice grapes lengthwise
3. Crumble blue cheese
4. Wisk lemon juice and oil together
5. Toss everything together.
