Make Your Own Chinese-ish Take Out

Ingredients
Extra virgin olive oil....twice around the pot1 pound pork sirloin chops, cut into thin strips3 cloves of garlic, sliced1 onion, sliced4 carrots, cut into matchsticks2 heads cabbage, cored shredded/sliced1 green pepper, seeded and cit into strips1 red pepper, seeded and cut into strips2 tbsp ground ginger, eyeball it...more or less to tastesoy sauce to tastesalt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Heat LARGE pot with olive oil (twice around the pan) on medium high heat

while the pan heats, peel and slice garlic and onion. toss garlic and onion into pan and cut the pork into thin strips. add the pork strips to the garlic and onion and sautee until the pork is thoroughly cooked...season with salt and pepper.

while the pork cooks, slice the carrots, cabbage, and peppers. Add to pan. add ginger and hit it with the soy sauce several times.

cover the pot with a lid and let it hang out, on medium heat, for about 20 minutes, mixing the ingredients occasionally.

Cook longer for softer vegetables, shorter time for crunchier veggies.

serve warm, topped with more pepper, ginger, and soy sauce to taste...careful with the say sauce it IS salty
