cheese and corn chowder

Ingredients
1/2 c water2 c potatoes diced1 c carrots sliced1 c chopped celery1 t salt1/4 t pepper2 c cream-style corn1 1/2 c milk1 c grated cheese
Directions
1/2 c water
2 c potatoes diced
1 c carrots sliced
1 c chopped celery
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper

cover and simmer for 10 min.

Add:
2 c cream-style corn

simmer 5 min more

Add:
1 1/2 c milk
1 c grated cheese
stir until cheese melts and chowder in heated though. Do not boil.
