Black Olive Hummus

Ingredients
1 can of garbanzo beans, drained (reserve this juice if you wish to omit the olive oil)1 small can chopped/sliced olives1/4 cup of Olive Oil1t salt1/4 cup lemon juice (or juice of one lemon)Dash black pepper to taste
Directions
combine all incredients in a food processor or blender (if you have neither and are desparate for some hummusy goodnes, mash it all up with a fork)

approx 2 tb to a serving -- spread on pitas, crackers etc, or use as a veggie dip.
