2 lb. Sirloin Tip Roast1/2 bag of Publix baby Carrots (16 oz.)9 small Red Potatoes, Skin on cut in quarters1 medium sweet onion1 1/2 tsp Lawry's Garlic Salt1 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper2 Wyler's Beef Cubes2 cups water
bring roast from fridge 2 hours before you cook..
Preheat oven at 375. Arrange all ingredients in a roasting pan. In a microwave or pot heat water until boiling. Disolve boullion cubes in water. Spread broth over vegetables and roast. Sprinkle Seasonings over Roast. Cook for 1 1/2-1 3/4 hours. Check every 20 to 30 minutes. Baste in Juices.
