Shredded Chicken Tacos (using frozen chicken)

Ingredients
3 frozen chicken breasts1 med red pepper - diced1 sm onion - diced2 packets Lawry's Taco Seasoning1tbs olive oil3cups water
Directions
Boil chicken breasts in pot of water until fully cooked - about 15-20mins
Take out of water & shred
saute pepper & onion in olive oil. Add chicken, seasoning & water. Cook on med until water boils off & left with sauce like consistency

Serves 4

**I serve in tortillas with lettuce, shredded cheese & lgt sour cream
