Ingredients
1 15 can chick peas, rinsed and drained4 cloves crushed garlicjuice from 1 lemon1/4 cup Tahini1 tsp salt2 tblsp Olive Oil
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend on Medium, stopping to scrape down side a couple times.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving

    If your market doesn't carry tahini paste try substituting sesame seed oil for part of the oil to get a close but not exact flavor. - 10/27/08
