Ingredients
2/3 cup carrots1/2 c diced onion2 clove garlic3 c FF broth1 1/2 c diced green cabbage1/2 c green beans1 T tomato paste1/2 t basil1/4 t oregano1/4 salt1/2 c diced zucchini
Directions
saute onion, garlic and carrot until soft approx 5 min

add other ingredients, bring to a boil for 15 minutes.

    I have always loved this recipe and make it all the time! The nutritional info is off. It's somewhere around 60 cal a serving. I think the person who entered this forgot to divide the recipe by the 9 servings it makes. Also, it's 6 cups of broth. - 5/26/09
