Ingredients
115 g red potatoes1tbsp opion1 tbsp red pepper1 lg egg2 slices candian bacon1tbsp canola oil
Directions
dice potato and onion finely. Put into hot skillet with canola oil. Stir until potato is tender. meanwhile cube candian bacon and red pepper, add to pan when potato is soft. Stir in for 2-3 mins.
Crack egg in a small bowl and whisk. Pour over potato mixture and stir until egg sets. serve immediately.
