Mini Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds of lean Turkey1 Lrg yellow onion1 TBS minced fresh garlic1 egg white1 whole egg1 TBS dried Thyme1 TBS dried Oreganosaltpepperany other spices
Directions
Makes 8 cupcake sized servings
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, let sit half hour
Preheat oven 375
Spray muffin cups fill 3/4 full.
Bake about 30-45 minutes, let sit half hour.

Can be frozen and then reheated in microwave
