Whole wheat linguini skillet meal

Ingredients
2 cups cooked Ronzoni Health Harvest Whole Wheat Blend Linguine (1/2 pkg)1 can Kirkland chicken breast (drained)1 Tbsp chopped garlic1 tbsp chopped Onions1 cup Cauliflower, frozen1 cup Broccoli, frozen1/2 cup Spinach, frozen3 Tbsp Walnut Oil1-2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, to taste.1 oz Fat Free Crumbled Fetadash of red pepper flakes
Directions
Cook the linguini according to the directions, drain. Heat non-stick skillet over med-high heat, add oil, garlic & onion, sautee for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients except the feta cheese and vinegar, cover and heat on medium until all veggies are cooked. Add feta and vinegar and stir well. Makes approx 6 cups (6 servings)

    I substituted 1 cup onions for the cauliflower, 1 cup peppers for the broccoli, and 1/2 cup cabbage for the spinach - 11/5/08

    Love it. Had a large tomato that needed used I chopped it up and threw it in too. - 11/4/08
