Orange Carrot Bread

Ingredients
3/4 cup carrot pulp2/3 cup honey1/4 cup orange juice1 tbsp canola oil2 egg whites3/4 cup whole-wheat flour2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Combine carrot pulp, honey, orange juice, oil, and egg whites. Mix well. Next add flour and baking powder. Mix until all ingredients are combined. Bake for approximately 15 - 25 minutes.
