Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients
3 cups Pumpkin Seeds (enough from 2 medium pumpkins or 1 large one)3 tbsp. Olive Oil, Extra VirginSalt to taste
Directions
Separate seeds from strings & pulp. Thoroughly wash seeds & dry with paper towel. Mix seeds with oil. Spread on un-greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Roast at 300 deg. F. for 45 - 55 minutes. Mixing every 10 minutes.

    This was the fastest cooking one I found that also had the oven temp. I also like using oil instead of spread or butter. Finally, I used some Worcester sauce with the oil to make it tasty. - 10/8/10
