vegetarian self crusting quiche

Heat oven to 200c
pre boil vegetables you choose to use and then put into quiche dish to cool.
Fold cream cheeese into veges whilst they are still hot.
Break 4 eggs into bowl & whisk with milk. Fold in flour, b.powder and then pour over the veges in quich dish.
Sprinkle on chopped parsley if desired.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 mins
