Sundried Tomato Crusted Chicken Thigh

Ingredients
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs1 tsp Black pepper 1/2 tsp Kosher salt 2 cups Bread crumbs 1/2 cup Oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained & sliced 4 Large garlic cloves, peeled 1/2 cup All-purpose flour 2 Eggs 2 tbs Water 2 tbs Olive oil
Directions
Beat eggs w/ water. Pulse bread crumbs with garlic and Sundried Tomatoes. place in shallow dish. coat chicken w/ flour, dip in egg and pat each side in breadcrumb mixture.
Brown each side in pan w/ olive oil 3 minutes on each side.
Transfer to baking dish to oven @ 350 for 12 minutes.
