Chicken Tomatoe Saute

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt, 1.5 Cup Garlic, 3 cloves Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Mushrooms, fresh, 4 medium, chopped Lawrys salt-free 17 seasoning, 2 tsp
Directions
In large skillet, saute grated garlic in 2 tbsp of olive oil for about 5 minutes, add chicken breasts quartered. Brown chicken on both sides. Add Lawrys salt-free 17 seasoning. When chicken is browned add stewed tomatoes and mushrooms. Cover and simmer on low heat for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve with favorite vegetable and wild rice. Serves 8.
