Asian Salmon

Ingredients
2 salmon portions (apprx. 4 oz. each)1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup soy sauce1/2 cup maple syrupgarlic powder
Directions
Mix olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, & garlic powder in a ziplock bag. Place fish in bag. Let marinate overnight in refridgerator.
Set oven for broil. Spray broiler pan. Place fish on pan. Cook for 5 minutes on each side.
Serve with brown rice.
