Asian Salmon

Ingredients
2 salmon portions (apprx. 4 oz. each)1/8 cup olive oil1/8 soy sauce1/4 maple syrup1 t. garlic powder
Directions
Mix olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, & garlic powder in ziplock bag. Place fish in bag & marinate overnight in refridgerator.
Set oven to broil. Spray broiler pan. Cook for 5 minutes on each side.
Serve with brown rice.
