2 black tea bags 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon allspice 1 cup water 1 cup 2% milk 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar or honey
Place the teabags and spices in a small pan, and add the water. Bring to a boil, strain, and divide into two mugs.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan combine the milk and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Pour into the two tea cups and serve.

I used Chai tea, which had the spices already in it. I also used regular sugar (1/4 cup), since that was what I had on hand. I also didn't have the Vanilla Caramel creamer, so I used the Caramel macchiato that I had already. I'm afraid to see how the calories were affected, but it was delish! - 8/18/12
