I am eating this right now and it is delicious! I'm following Atkins and this hits the craving for breads square on the head. Thank you so much! - 10/8/11

Thank you for this recipe! I am on South Beach Phase I, day 4. It's great, but I can't eat eggs every morning. I had this morning with Joseph's Sugar Free Syrup (delicious). I didn't add any splenda or sweetner and didn't miss it. - 1/18/12

Even if we were not looking for low carb alternatives that work for a family that likes whole grain pancakes -- we really like this recipe! We've been looking for something like this since l.c.'ing began in our home! Hearty. - 9/22/10

These were such a wonderful alternative to eggs, eggs, eggs for breakfast while on phase 1 of South Beach. They don't taste as good as regular pancakes, but they're definitely better than eggs (in my opinion). - 3/3/09
