Egg White Spinach Swiss Wrap

Ingredients
2 egg whites, .5 cup spinach, 1 slice - Swiss Cheese, 1 TBSP - butter or cooking oil, salt & pepper (to taste)
Directions
wash spinach, then boil down or flash fry in butter or cooking oil until reduced.

Separate yolks from eggs and add egg whites to low heat skillet with spinach in butter or cooking oil. Season contents with salt and pepper to preference. Mix contents, and then add swiss cheese.

When cheese is melted and egg whites are fully cooked, transfer mixture to pita bread and fold into wrap.
