Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground round (or ground sirloin)1 egg1 T. Instant minced onion1/2 c. bread crumbs1/2 c. water (you may want less)1/2 t. salt1/2 t. pepper1 t. worcestershire sauce
Directions
Mix and put in loaf pan. Make 2 "ruts" in the top and pour ketchup in ruts. Add strips of bacon on top if desired. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Makes approximately 6 servings (2 slices per serving).
