Alter Idem's Parmesan Chicken Strips

Ingredients

1/2 cup bread crumbs1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese1 Tbsp dried parsley1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powderblack pepper to taste2 egg whites1 Tbsp water1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
Mix bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper together in a deep plate or shallow baking dish.
In separate bowl, mix egg whites and water.
Dip chicken in egg wash and then in crumbs.
Place on baking sheet that has been lightly sprayed with no stick spray to prevent sticking.
Bake at 450 until done, about 14 -16 minutes, depending on strip size. Turn halfway through to brown both sides well.
