1 lb Hamburger meat 5% fat1 small onion2 cans (15oz) diced tomatoes (sugar free)chili powdercumin powderapple cider vinegarsweetener to taste
Directions
Brown the burger meat, onions and add the spices...add the canned tomatoes, vinegar and Sweetener to taste. Add water as necessary.

    The calorie count for the hamburger is wrong. If you use the nutritional info for Ground Beef, extra lean - 100 grams is 234 calories which makes this recipe 77 calories LESS per serving. - 10/10/12
