Curry Egg Salad

Ingredients
4 large hard boiled eggs (only use 2 yolks)1 celery stalk1.5 T Miracle Whip Light2t Deli mustardGinger, Curry Powder, & Pepper to taste
Directions
Boil eggs until cooked through.
After they've cooled, remove yolk from 2 eggs and mash all together. Add miracle whip, mustard and seasonings to taste. Serve with garden salad on make a sandwich!
