Crock pot potato soup

Ingredients
6 cups diced potatoes3 cans reduced fat chicken broth1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup1/3 cup onion1 package (8oz) fat free cream cheese4TBS bacon bits
Directions
combine first 4 ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low 8 hours or until potatoes are tender. Add cream cheese and stir until blended. Top with bacon bits to serve.
