ZUCCHINI, THINLY SLICED, 1 CUPSKIM MILK, 1 CUPLIGHT SOY SAUCE, 3 TBSPCIDER VINEGAR, 1 CUPEXTRA LIGHT OLIVE OIL, 4 TBSPITALIAN SEASONED BREAD CRUMBS, 1.5 CUPS
PREP TIME ABOUT 20 MINUTES.
COMBINE SOY SAUCE AND VINEGAR INTO TUPPERWARE. THINLY SLICE ZUCCHINI AND PLACE IN TUPPERWARE. MIX WELL TO COAT. LET SIT IN FRIDGE AT LEAST 8 HOURS
WITH FRYING PAN, WARM 4 TBSP OLIVE OIL. DRAIN ZUCCHINI FROM MIXTURE. POUR MILK INTO A BOWL. PUT BREAD CRUMBS ONTO PLATE. SOAK ZUCCHINI IN MILK FOR 15 SECONDS EACH PIECE.
FRY EACH PIECE OF ZUCCHINI UNTIL BROWN ABOUT 1 MINUTE EACH SIDE.
