1 cup Lowfat Plain Yogurt 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular 1/3 cup Blue Cheese 1/2 Juice Of A Lemon 1/2 tsp. Garlic PowderSaltPepper, black
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Adjust seasonings to taste. Chill for a few hours before serving.

    Not crazy about this. I tried it the same day I made it. It was too sour. the yogurt and lemon juice together made it too tangy. - 1/25/09
