Baked Lighter French Toast

Ingredients
1 egg, small2 egg whites2 tsp Splenda1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract1/3 cup water or (skim milk)8 slices 1-inch thick sliced French bread, or (8 slices of whole wheat low fat/low calorie bread slices)
Directions
Makes 8 servings, ( 1 slice cut in half to give you two pieces)

Beat eggs, water, splenda, vanill with hand beater until smooth.

Heat oven to 500 degree F. spray a jelly roll pan with cooking spray. place dipped bread onto pan. drizzle any left over egg mixture over bread. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown, turn bread. Bake 2 to 4 minutes longer or until golden brown
