Bourbon Chicken

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breast, no skin, no bone in bite size pieces2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 clove Garlic, 1 tsp Ginger Root,1/4 cup Orange Juice, 1/3 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar, .2 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1/3 cup Soy Sauce,1/2 Water, tap
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet

Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly brown

remove chicken

add remaining ingredients, heating over medium heat until well mixed and dissolved

add chicken and bring to hard boil

reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins.
