Stuffed Shells Florentine

Ingredients
Use 24 jumbo pasta shells for pasta in ingredient list.
Directions
Salt water & boil pasta. Drain.
Mix ricotta, egg, spinach, parmesan, 1/4 c. mozzarella, oregano, basil, and pepper.
Heat oven to 350. Spread 1/2 of the sauce in baking dish.
Fill each shell w/ 2 tbsp. mixture and arrange in 1 layer.
Pour rest of sauce & springkle w/. mozzarella.
Loosely cover. Bake covered for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.

    This was in dire need of some red pasta sauce. It was very bland tasting. I think with the addition of the pasta sauce, it would have been delicious. - 12/18/08
