Ham & Broccoli Chowder

Ingredients
2 tablespoons flour1 small can evaporated milk2 cups diced ham1 package frozen chopped broccoli1/4 cup minced onion1 cup grated Swiss cheese2 cups water1 cup half-and-half
Directions
Mix flour and milk in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients, except half-
and-half. Cook on LOW for 7 hours.

Before serving, stir in half-and-half and heat.
