Beef and Bean chili dip

Ingredients
1 can dark red kidney beans1 can fat free refried beans12 ounces lean ground beef1 scotch bonnet (or haberno pepper)1 cup prepared salsaa few shakes of complete seasoninga few shakes of pepper2 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Makes 12 (4) ounce servings

Season beef with salt and pepper, then brown the meat in a large pan over medium heat. Add kidney beans and scotch bonnet to pan, lower the temperature and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in refried beans and simmer for 10 more minutes. Add salsa, cayenne pepper and simmer until the mxture thickens. Discard scotch bonnet. This can be served with chips or a baked potato or eaten alone.
