Parmesan Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter1 cup rice2 tablespoons McCormick® Parmesan Herb Seasoning Blend, divided2 cups chicken broth 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, lightly toasted
Directions
1. Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add rice; cook and stir 3 minutes.

2. Add 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning Blend and chicken broth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender.

3. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon Seasoning Blend and almonds.
