Super Light Stirfry

Ingredients
mixed frozen bag (OR FRESH) of chopped onions, peas, beans, broccolibutter or margarinegarlic salt or powderfresh mushroomsfrozen or fresh shrimp (peeled)water
Directions
-boil all green vegetables and onions (if they are frozen) in water until your desired texture
-sautee whole mushrooms (and onions if they are fresh) in pan, then add shrimp within the last few minutes until shrimp are cooked
-drain vegetables
-put vegetables, mushrooms and shrimp into a bowl
-add butter to dish
-add garlic salt to dish
-stir/toss entire dish so butter melts and garlic salt is distributed over all vegetables and shrimp
-divide in 2 and serve!
*add more ingredients or more of each ingredient if you want to eat as an entree- otherwise it can make a great snack or sidedish!
