Ingredients
2 small cans or 1 large can of chicken (white breast meat)1 Granny Smith apple, chopped1/2 onion, chopped1 cup of seedless red grapes (cut in half)1 boiled egg, chopped3 Tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
Directions
Mix all ingredients, chill for at least one hour. Serve with Saltine crackers on the side.
