1 Mango, peeled and cubed (about 1 3/4 cups)1 to 2 Jalapenos peppers, seeded and minced1 Scallion(Green Onion), minced2 tablespoons of Fresh Coriander(Cilantro)2tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice1 Garlic Clove, peeled and mincedSalt and Pepper 2 taste
Combine all the ingredients and mix well!
*This dish can be made with Tomatoes. Just replace the Mango with 1 3/4cup of tomatoes.

I found and made this to go with another recipie here called Chicken Salsa, substituting this easy and delicious homemade salsa to put with the chicken breast. Yummy!
