Ingredients
1 chicken breast1/4 cup Bread crumbs2-3 oz Moz. Cheese1 cup Spag. Sauce1 cup Pasta ( whole wheat)
Directions
Bread chicken and bake 20 min, add sauce on top, bake until done. Add cheese last 5 min. Enjoy over noodles!

    Not the best chicken parmesan I've ever had, but definitely not the worst either. It was good flavor, but the breading was soggy, even after baking. Also, it took me about 25 minutes to bake.

    Overall, not too bad. Will add it to my recipe list for a quick, easy meal idea. - 11/20/08
