    I would pass on the cheese and olives, but add 4 to 6 shelled, cooked shrimp and 1/4 cup of Heinz Seafood Cocktail Sauce
    You could mix the cocktail sauce, lemon juice and cottage cheese in a blender until smooth and use it as a dressing.

    I'm not sure. I was shocked when I saw that too. It might be the olives & the seafood which would both be high in sodium. I didn't make up this recipe. It is a salad that I frequently get in the cafeteria at our temple. I just wrote down the ingredients, guessed the amounts, and looked them up.
