Directions
1. Preheat oven 350 (moderate)
2. Combine chocolate, cocoa, sugar and water; stir until smooth. Add egg yolks; whisk to combine -- fold in maca vit and buckwheat flour
3. beat egg whites in small bowl until firm peaks form
4. Fold in white mixture into chocolate mixture, in two batches. pour into greased pan
5. Bake 40 min-- approx
