Pancetta wrapped Chicken

Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breast Onion and chive cream cheese, lightPancetta (thinly sliced bacon)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Flatten chicken breast to 1/2-inch thickness.
Spread 2 tbsp of cream cheese over each.
Roll up each chicken breast. Wrap each with a couple strips of pancetta.
Place seam-side down in a glass baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes or until juices run clear. To brown, broil 6 inches from heat for about 5 minutes, or until pancetta is crisp.
Each chicken breast roll-up is one serving.
