Creamy Chicken Cassarole

Ingredients
5 Medium Chicken Breast1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup1 Can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup0.5 Cup Green Onions0.5 Package Frozen Broccoli1.5 cup 1% Milk1 cup Cheddar Cheese10 Ritz Crackers1 Box Chicken Rice-a-RoniSeason as Desired
Directions
Preheat oven 375

Mix Cream of Chicken soup and 1 cup milk (add pepper if desired)
Mix Cheddar Cheese Soup and 0.5 cup milk

Cook Rice (following directions on box)
Add Broccoli
Pour Light layer of soup on bottom of cassarole pan
Add Chicken
Cover Chicken with Rice

Pour remaining soup mix over rice and sprinkle on green onions
crush ritz crackers and sprinkle on top
add Cheddar Cheese

Bake at 375 for about 60 minutes or until chicken is cooked

    This is WAY to high in salt But with a few modifications I brought the sodium down to a much more acceptable level. I used the LOW sodium soup options and the new Low sodium Chicken Rice-a-roni and used half low moisture mozzerella and half of the cheddar I also used skim milk in place of 1% thanks - 1/25/11
