1 1/2 Cups Chopped Onion1 Medium Banana Pepper Halved (remove seeds)1 Tsp Caraway Seeds1 Tsp Whole Black Pepper1 1/2 Tsp Salt1 TBSP Paprika1 Beef Bone1 LB Beef Shank cut into cubes2 Cups Red Wine2 Idaho Potatos cut into cubesHome Made Csipetke
Rub salt into the steak and cut into cubes
Set meat to the side
Saute Onions in 1/4 cup of Red Wine.
Add Paprika
Add Banana Pepper
Add Beef Bone
Add Rest of Red Wine and 4 cups of water
Cook on High bringing mixture to a boil
Add cubed potatoes and beef
Reduce heat and simmer for about 1 Hour
Add Csipetke
