Ingredients
1lb. Bag Red Potatoes2 Medium Red Onions3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive OilSalt and Pepper
Directions
Quarter Potatoes and Onions then arrange them in a baking pan. Pre-heat oven to 400. Drizzle Olive Oil on Potato and Onion mixture and top with salt and pepper. These are also great with some italien seasonings or garlic. Put in the oven for 35 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through.
