Quick & Easy Italian Meatball Soup

Ingredients
One 14.5 oz Can diced tomatoes with Onion and garlic, UndrainedOne 14oz Can reduced-sodium beef broth1.5 cups water.5 Tsp Dried Italian Seasoning crushed 8oz Frozen Italian style meatballs1 cup frozen loose-pack mixed vegetables1/2 cup small dried pasta (such as ditalini or orzo)1Tbsp shredded or grated parmesan (optional)
Directions
In a large saucepan combine undrained tomatoes, broth, water, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil. Add Meatballs, Frozen vegetables, and pasta. Return to boiling: reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 10minutes or until vegetables and pasta are tender. If desired, sprinkle each serving with parmesan.
