Banana Zucchini Bread

2.25 cups flour (white or 60% whole wheat)1.5 cups whole wheat flour3 tsp baking soda1.5 tsps baking powder1.5 cups sugar3 eggs3/4 cups plain yogurt (I've used vanilla flavor)9 T olive oil3 tsps vanilla6 bananas (ripe or prev. frozen)1 cup shredded zucchini
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees celsius
-sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder. Set aside.
-mash bananas in large mixing bowl, add sugar, egg, yogurt, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Add dry ingredients and zucchini to banana mixture. Mix just until dry is combined.
Pour batter into lightly oiled loaf pan (fill 1/4 of the way to make 3 loaves)
- bake 45-60 minutes, until tester inserted in the centre comes clean.
