Ingredients
Brown Rice- 42 gramsOnions- .1 cup, chopped Corn- 20 gramsBlack Beans- 25 gramsBell peppers .15 cup
Directions
Serves: 1
* Easy to double! *
Cook Rice in rice cooker, or on stove. Follow directions on bag of rice for correct time and how much water to add. Cook Black beans on stove for approx. 40 minutes or until soft. While rice and beans are cooking, chop bell peppers and onions. Corn can be frozen or fresh. Once everything is fully cooked & ready, combine in a bowl, or on a plate and lightly toss. Enjoy!
